Terms and conditions guidelines for the Agri Sphere 2024 program:

Guarantee and Assurance Policy:

1. Guarantee or Assurance of Opportunities:

- (Jobs, Scholarships, Abroad Study, Job Opportunities, Entrepreneurship Incubation): Opportunities will be awarded based on merit, as determined by the Post Assessment Test (PAT).

2. Scholarship Opportunities:

- Scholarships are awarded based on merit in the PAT and are not guaranteed.

- The scholarship process is competitive, and the number of scholarships available may vary.

3. Abroad Study and Job Placement:

- Opportunities for abroad study and job placement are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance in the PAT.

4. Entrepreneurship Incubation:

- Participation in entrepreneurship incubation is contingent on successful completion of the program and individual performance in the PAT

- Incubation opportunities are competitive and subject to availability.

Post Assessment Test (PAT) Policy:

1. Test Format:

- The PAT is an AI-ML enabled secured examination platform.

- Test papers will be assigned based on participant preferences given during registration.

2. Merit-Based Selection:

- Opportunities, including job placements and scholarships, are awarded solely based on merit in the PAT.

- The testing process is fair and competitive.

3. Internship Placement:

- Internship opportunities are provided based on availability and are not guaranteed.

- Ag-Arc Vertex is not obligated to offer internships specifically to program participants.

Training Material and Sessions:

1. Course Material Distribution:

- Course material will be provided based on educator discretion and availability

- Content is downloadable, but its distribution is subject to the terms set by the educators.

2. Recorded Training Sessions:

- Recorded sessions are accessible only on the Agri Sphere 2024 platform.

- All recorded content is copyrighted by Ag-Arc Vertex and should not be redistributed without explicit permission.

3. Educator Emergencies:

- In the event of educator emergencies, session schedules may be subject to change. Participants will be notified promptly.
